Our earthly life matters

God cares about our earthly life. Our earthly life matters. It is not a prison of the spirit or a low, unspiritual condition. Our bodies, the world around us, our five senses are given to us as a sacrament, a unique way by which we become God’s children, God’s partners in this vast, divine cosmic adventure.
